Rex Foster who has been an official in the Ohio West Virginia Football Officials Association for 25 years was selected as the Official of the Year. Foster is the 5th person from our Association to receive this prestigious honor. This person is chosen from all the active officials in WV which totals close to 600 people. Foster stated, “I am honored humbled to receive this award.” It is a moment I will never forget and certainly the highlight of my officiating career.”
